Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Respond to our requests and communications in a timely manner
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension

Intellectual Property

Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue targets. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client cooperation. We provide professional services based on industry best practices and our expertise.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement, typically 30 days. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide access to work completed and transfer necessary assets per the service agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This includes business strategies, data, credentials, and other sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Agency Houston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
