- ✓2+ years as an executive assistant or operations coordinator
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- ✓Comfortable with project management and communication tools
- ✓Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- ✓Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- •Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and follow-ups
- •Prepare presentations, notes, and internal documents
- •Coordinate communication between leadership, teams, and partners
- •Assist with hiring processes and operations projects
- •Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
- •Support strategic initiatives and special projects
